Imaamme Aazam ke nazdik shaher us imaarat waali aabaadi ko kehte hain jis mein kayin koonche ( corner..nukkad ) hon.. permenent baazaar hon.. us ke under mein kayin gaanw hon.. Us mein haakim ho logon  k jahgdon or muamlaat ke faisle hote hon.. aur logon ko insaaf milta ho.. aur insaaf par qudrat ho.. chaahe wo naa-insaafi karta ho.. badlaa na leta ho…

Jo log shaher ke qarieb gaanw mein rehte hon unko shaher mein jumah padhne jaana chahiye.Gaanw ( village ) mein jumah naa-jaaiz hai.. agar padha to gunahgaar honge.. aur padhne walon par zohar baaqi rahegi..
Jin gaan-won mein jumah nahi hota wahan jumah na padhaya jaaye.. aur jin gaanw-won mein pahele se padhaya jaata ho wahan band na karaaein.Jo log gaanw me jumah padhte ho unko roka na jaaye ke aam log jis tarah bhi Allah o Rasool ka naam lein unko lene dein ke.. agar unko roka to wo dusri namaazein bhi chhod dete hain.
Jis maqaam.. jaga ke shaher ya gaanw hone mein ikhtilaaf ho ( confusion ) ya shak ho aysi jaga ke liye Ulmaye Kiraam ne hukm diya k 4 rakat zohar ki bhi padhein..aur jumah bhi padhein..Lekin ye hukm khaas logon ke liye hain ( us ilaqe ke sar karda aur diini rehnuma ).. aam log jinko zyada ilm na ho to un ke liye nahi.

masjid me 5 waqt ki namaazon ke liye jo imaam hota hai wo jumah ke liye bhi muqarrar hote hai …jinhein aam log imaamat ke liye rakhte hai ya trust ke rakkhe huwe par razamand hote hai isliye unko jumah ka khutbe aur imaamat ka haq haasil hai..jis tarah namaaz ke liye wuzu zaruri hai lekin paani par qudrat ( milna possible ) na ho to tayammum uska badal hai…( option ) Isi trah Sultaane islaam ke badle jumah ke liye musalmanon ka kisi ko nakki karna Sultaan ke nakki karne jaysa hai..ayse imaam ka qaaem kiya huwa jumah jaaiz hai.

Namaaz e jumah ki tisri shart ZOHAR KA WAQT HONA
jumeh ke khutbe aur namaaz ke liye zohar ka waqt hona shart hai…agar zohar ka waqt shuru honese pehle khutba padh liya to khutba na huwa aur jab khutba na huwa to jumah na huwa.agar jumeh ki namaaz me itni der kardi ki zohar ka waqt khatm ho gaya to jumah baatil ( na hona ) huwa..zohar padhni hogi.
khutba zikre Ilaahi ka naam hai…agar aik bar khutbe ki niyyat se …AL HAMDU LILLAAH…ya….SUBHALLAAH…ya…LA ILAHA ILLALLAAH…kaha to khutbe ka farz ada ho  jayega magar aysa karna makruh hai.
jumah ki namaaz k liye khutba shart hai…khutbe ke baghair namaaz e jumah baatil ( na hona ) hai…

NAMAZE JUMAH KI chothi shart Khutba waqte zohar..
Khutba allah ke zikar ka naam hai..agar aik baar khutbe ki niyat se Alhamdulillah..Subhanallah..Ya Laailaa ha illallah..kaha to itna kehne se bhi khutbe ka farz adaa ho jayega magar aysa karna makruh hai.
Jumah ke liye khutba shart hai..khutbe ke baghair jumah baatil ( adaa na hoga ) hai..Jo shakhs khutba na padh sake to wo jumah ka imaam nahi ho sakta.
Masjid mein jo imaam mu-aii-yan () hai uski ijazat k baghair dusra koi khutba nai padh sakta..agar padhega to khutba jaaiz na hoga..aur khutba jumah ki shart hai..aur khutba na huwa to namaaz bhi na hogi.
Khatiib ka kutbe ke waqt haath mein asaa lena kuch ulma sunnat kehte hain aur kuch ulma makruh kehte hain..aur agar sunnat maan liya jaaye to bhi sunnate muakkadah nahi..to ikhtilaaf ki wajeh se na lena behtar hai agar koi uzr ya fitne ka dar na ho.
Do khutbe padhna sunnat hai..khatiib ka khutbe me quraan ki aayat na padhna ya do khutbe k biich me na bethna makruh hai..Dono khutbe ke darmiyan imaam ka dua mangna jaaiz hai.Jo kaam namaaz me karne ki ijaazat nahi..haraam hai..wo kaam khutbe ki haalat mein bhi haraam hai.
Khutba sunna farz hai..kisi namaazi tak aawaaz na pohonchti ho tab bhi adab ke sath sunna waajib hai..Khutbe ke waqt sunne wale ko aik ghunt paani bhi piuna haraam..kisi taraf gardan ghuma kar dekhna bhi haraam hai.
Khutbe mein Huzur..sallallahu alayhi wasallam..ka naam sunkar dil mein durud padhe..zabaan se khamosh rehna farz hai.

Namaaz e jumah ki paanchvin aur chatti shart NAMAAZ SE PEHLE KHUTBA HONA AUR…JAMA’AT HONA
khutba waqt par hona aur namaaz se pehle hona shart hai..agar jumeh ki namaaz ke liye khutba huwa hi na ho ya namaaz ke bad padha to namaaz na hui.

jumah ki azaan hote hi kharid o farokht (karobari len den) haraam ho jata hai..aur duniya ke wo tamam kaam jo allah ke zikar se beparwah kare…sab kaam isme aagaye…un tamam kaamon ko chod dena zaruri hai..jumah farze aain hai aur iski farziyat zohar se zyada hai.. Is ke farz hone ka inkaar karnewala kaafir hai..jis desh me musalmanon ki hukumat hai ya thi aur ab gairon ka qabza hai or islaam ki pehchan ke kaam baghair kisi taklif ke chal rahe hai….Jaise hindustaan or bangla desh  ke tamaam sheher hai ye sab islami cities hai….in mein jumah farz hai…

jo log sheher ke qariib gaanw me rehte hon unko chahiye ke city me aakar jumah padh jaaye.gaanw (village) me jumah naajaaiz hai…agar padhenge gunahgaar honge…or zohar un par baaki rahegi.jis gaanw me jumah nahi hota wahan shuru nahi karna chahiye..aur. jahan hota hai wahan band nahi karna chahiye..ke awaam jis bhi jaaiz tariqe se allah ko yaad karte hon karne dein…ke rokne se mumkin hai wo zohar bhi chor de.masjid me jo khatiib o imaam nakki hai fix hai uski ijaazat ke baghair koi dusra khutba nahi padh sakta… agar padhega khutba jaaiz na hoga…or khutba na hoga to namaaz bhi na hui..ke khutba sharte jumah hai.
khatib ka khutbe ke waqt haath mein asa ( danda jo aam tor par masjidon me mimbar ke qariib rakkha hota hai ) kuch ulma ne sunnat likha hai aur kuch ne makrooh likha hai…aur.zahir hai agar sunnat bhi ho to sunnate muakkadah nahi isliye haath me asa lenese bachna behtar hai agar koi majboori nahi.
sunnat ye hai ke 2 khutbe padhe jaaein.khutbe me quraan ki aayat na padhna ya dono khutbon ke biich mein na bethna makrooh hai.dono khutbon ke biich mein imaam ko dua maangna jaaiz hai aur muqtadi dil me dua mange..zabaan ko harkat na de to jaaiz hai.

jo kaam namaaz ki haalat mein karna haraam aur mana hai wo khutbe me bhi karna mana aur haraam hai.khutba sunna farz hai aur is tarah sunna farz hai ke pure tor par dhyaan usi taraf ho kisi kaam ki taraf na ho…jism ke tamam aaza usi traf mutawajjeh rakkhein…ye waajib hai..Agar kisi khutba sunnewale tak aawaaz na pohinchti ho jab bhi use chup rehna aur mutawajjeh rehna waajib hai…kisi bhi kaam me mashgul rehna haraam hai.khutbe ke waqt khutba sunnewala do zaanu ( namaaz me bathte hai waise ) ho kar bethe…aur jise do zaanu bathne me taklif ho vo aalti paalti ( palaathi..falaati ) se bhi baith sakte hai.khutbe ke waqt sunnewale ko aik ghunt paani pina bhi haraam hai aur kisi taraf gardan ghuma kar dekhna bhi haraam hai.khutbe ke waqt salaam ka jawab dena bhi haraam hai.khutbe ki jo azaan hoti hai uska jawab dil me dein zabaan se na dein..Aaqa ka naam sun kar anguthe na chume… dil me durud padhein zabaan se kuch na padhe… Ke us waqt  khaamosh rehna farz hai.Us waqt wazife padhna jaaiz nahi or nafl namaaz padhna bhi gunah hai.khatiib khutbe me dua kare to sunne walon ko haath uthana ya aamiin kehna mana hai…karenge to gunahgaar honge.khutba sunne ke doraan harkat mana hai…khade hokar sunna sunnat ke khilaaf hai..Awaam me dekha gaya hai ke khutbe ke aakhri alfaaz… Wala zikrullaahi taala…. Par hi khatib hota hai aur log khade ho jaate hai… Ye haraam hai..ke abhi khutba khatm nahi huwa.

kisi ne khutbe se pehle ki 4 rakat sunnat shuru ki aur khatib ne khutba suru kar diya to 2 rakat par hi salaam pher de…aur khutba…farz namaaz..aur bad ki sunnaton ke bad ye 4 sunnat padhe…
jumeh ki namaaz me agar sajd e sahw waajib huwa aur agar imaam ye sajda karta hai to muqtadiyon me gadbadi aur fitna phelne ka dar hai to ulma ne in sajdon ko  chodne (na karne ki) ki ijaazat di hai…bal ke jumah mein sajda e sahw chodna behtar hai.
jumah ki pehli 4 sunnat chut gayi to jamaat ke baad wali sunnat ke bad….ye 4 sunnat padhe….ye ada hogi qazaa nahi.
jin masjidon me jumah nahi hota un masjidon ko zohar ke waqt band rakkha jaye.
gaanw me jumah ke din masjid mein zohar ki namaaz azaan o iqaamat ke sath baajamaat padhe..

har muuzi ko masjid se nikaalna..apni taaqat bhar waajib hai..chahe sirf  zabaan se takliif dene wala ho…khaaskar badmazhabiyat phelanewale ko aur gumraahi phelaane wale ko.murtad ka saf me khada hona jaaiz nahi..unki namaaz namaaz hi nahi..to jiski namaaz namaaz hi nahi to uska saf me khada hona saf ko kaat dega..aur ye haraam hai…lihaza jo taaqat rakhte hon unpar farz hai ke wo un murtadon aur munaafiqon ko masjid me aanese roke aur musalmano ki namaazon ko kharab honese bachayein.
is dor ke munaafiqin or murtadiin me wahaabi..dewbandi..ghair muqallid ( salfi )..najdi..mirzaaii..waghaira baatil firqon ka shumaar hota hai..inki pehchaan ke liye.. Hussaamul haramain…kitab mein iski tafsil padhein…

jo bhi mariiz ka timaardaar (dekrekh karnewala) hai aur jaanta hai ke jumah ke liye jayega to mariiz takliif me aa jaayega aur koi tawajjeh nahi dega to uspar jumah farz nahi.wo naabiina (andha) jo khud masjid tak taklif ke baghair jumah ke liye na ja sake uspar jumah farz nahi..Kuch nabina baghair taklif ke aur kisiki madad ke baghair bazaron aur raston par phirte hai aur jis masjid chahe baghair puche jaa sakte hai…unpar jumah farz hai.jiska aik pair kat gaya ya faalij ( laqwah ) ki wajah se bekaar ho gaya..agar wo masjid tak jaa sakta hai to uspar jumah farz hai… Warna nahi.
jo bhi kisi wajah se jumah na padh sake wo baghair azaan o iqaamat  zohar ki namaaz akele akele padhein…chahe jitne bhi log ho…unko bhi zohar ki namaaz jamaat se padhna mana hai.
maazuur matlab woh kiske pass kio jumah na padhne ka sharai majburi hai. uske liya bhi bahtar yah hai ki wo zohaar ki namaaz .. jumah ki namaaz ke bath padhe.. ke jumah se pehle padhna mahrooh hai. jumah ki namaaz jaldi jana.. miswaak karne .. acche saaf kapde pahenna.. tel aur khusbu lagana mustahab hain.. jumah ke din gusal karne sunnat hai.. hajamath banana aur naakhun tarashwana jumah ki namaaz ke bad afzal hai..
